TLDR: I was broken when I started this journey. I had:

  • A pulled hip flexor
  • I couldn’t lock my left knee out straight
  • A forward lean and a limp
  • Bowed legs
  • Constant calf cramps
  • Pain every day when I stood or walked more than an hour
